The easiest way to reach Silverwood Lake is from the I-15 Freeway. For those headed south, take the Silverwood Lake exit and turn left onto Highway 138. From there simply follow the signs 11 miles to the lake.
Northbound on the I-15, take the Silverwood Lake exit and turn right onto Highway 138. Then follow the signs 11 miles to the lake. From San Bernardino it is possible to reach the lake via Highways 18 & 138, a 20 mile trip.
From the Lake Arrowhead and Lake Gregory area follow Highways 18 and 138 north to the lake.
