Directions to Lake Santa Margarita
From the Bakersfield area go west on Highway 58 to Pozo Road. Then turn left onto Santa Margarita Lake Road.
From the Fresno area go south on Highway 41 to Highway 101. Then go south to Highway 58, west to Pozo Road and finally turn left onto Santa Margarita Lake Road.
Those traveling from the south around Santa Barbara or the north around Monterey know to simply take Highway 101 to Highway 58, east to Pozo Road, and then left on Santa Margarita Lake Road.
